Neue Workshop-Reihe bei TAN-Z: Bodywork & mehr
Bei TAN-Z starten wir eine neue Workshop-Reihe rund um Körperarbeit, Bewegung und bewusste Wahrnehmung. Mit wechselnden Dozent:innen – darunter auch Annette Fulda – bieten wir regelmäßig spannende Impulse für alle, die ihren Tanz und ihr Körpergefühl vertiefen möchten.
Im Fokus stehen Themen wie Körperbewusstsein, Balance, Verbindung und Ausdruck – als wertvolle Ergänzung zum Tango und anderen Tanzformen.
Die Workshops richten sich an alle Levels und laden dazu ein, neue Zugänge zur eigenen Bewegung zu entdecken.

Our Programs

BODYWORK
A workout at the ballet barre combining elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training — that’s Barre Workout. This intensive full-body training burns body fat while building targeted muscle and improves posture. It tones abs, legs, glutes, and arms. Visible results can be achieved in a short time.

TANGO ARGENTINO
We explore the characteristic forms of tango – and deliberately go beyond them. Experience what it feels like to be led in order to lead better. Take the lead in order to follow more skillfully. Switching roles helps place the connection between partners and their communication at the center. At the same time, we refine the technique needed for a stable axis, powerful turns, and clear impulses. Join in and develop your skills in diverse ways.
