For me, ballet is the purest foundation of all dance — a discipline that nurtures awareness of the body, precision, and grace. It is the ground upon which every other form of dance can grow, a base of technique and expression. Yet beyond structure and form, dance is above all a way to share emotion, to tell stories, and to give shape to the invisible.
In the language of movement, I find the freedom that words cannot always offer. In the elegance of a pas de deux, the power of a solo, or the vibrant energy of a group performance — each gesture becomes a message, carrying its own truth and speaking directly to the heart.
